Screenshots, long pages,
and screen recordings
Point out a problem, add a note and copy it to a colleague. Capture long pages as one image, record a process, or keep a reference pinned while you work.
Capture and annotate
Press Ctrl+Shift+A, select an area, add arrows or notes, then copy or save.
Long pages and walkthroughs
Stitch scrolling pages and chats, or record a process as MP4 or GIF.
Reference and revisit
Pin images or text, extract text offline, and find captures and recordings in local history.
Show what is on your screen
Report a problem, collect references or demonstrate a task with captures, pins and recordings.
Select, then mark it up right there
Let go of the mouse and the toolbar is already next to your selection. Draw, then copy or save in one step.
- Rectangles, arrows, pen, highlighter, text and numbered steps
- Resize the selection after annotating — nothing shifts
- Arrow keys nudge the selection pixel by pixel

Keep a long conversation in one image
Select an area and scroll down while watching the stitched preview. Crop and annotate the result before copying or saving it.
- For web pages, chats and documents
- Check the result before exporting; stitching problems trigger a notice

Keep a reference on screen
Pin a capture while checking a table or filling in a form. You can also pin images and text from the clipboard.
- Adjust size and opacity
- Enable click-through to work in the window underneath

Show the steps in a recording
Select an area and record MP4 or GIF. MP4 supports system audio and microphone input; pause and resume as needed.
- Click highlights, shortcut display and webcam overlay
- Mouse-follow auto zoom, aspect ratio and frame-rate options
- Preview, save a copy or copy the file; GIF has no audio
One click hides what shouldn't be shared
SnapDuck reads the text in your selection with the recognition built into Windows — offline — and covers only the sensitive values, not the labels around them.
- Emails, card numbers (checksum-verified) and IP addresses
- API keys and tokens: OpenAI, GitHub, AWS, Google, Slack and more
- Recognition can miss details. Check before sharing and add manual blur or pixelation where needed.

Add a watermark for each recipient
Label the purpose or recipient and add a trace code. Search a readable code in local history to find the corresponding sharing record. Cropping or editing may make the code unreadable.
- Tiled, single, stamp or corner styles
- Or a simple label like "Internal use only"
- Save presets, or add one to every capture

Grab a window — or one control inside it
Hover and SnapDuck highlights the window or control under your cursor. Click to capture it exactly. Scroll or press Tab to step between control, window and full screen.
- Works across multiple monitors and mixed scaling
- Switch to scrolling capture, recording or grab-text from the top bar

Work with the capture afterwards
